Melted Snow

Finally, the snow has melted here in Bloomington, and it’s a good thing. People have started bringing donations back to the Salvation Army Thrift Store which means increased selection in our store and opportunities for volunteers.

Due to the winter weather, donations had dropped off to such an extent that The Salvation Army temporarily stopped placing volunteers and community service workers. But now that the roads are clear and the sun is shining we are pleased to once again offer the level of service as before.
