Community Christmas Event – December 4, 2010
Each year the Brown County Salvation Army hosts a Community Christmas Event, to usher in the blessed season of Advent.
In 2009, we were pleased to host the Salvation Army Band which serenaded a crowd of nearly 100 with Christmas carols, accompanied by the Brown County Community Choir, prior to the lighting of our splendid Christmas tree.
After the outdoor performance, attendees are welcomed inside for cookies, egg nog, punch, and a Christmas play – all gifts from our congregation to the community. Not to mention a visit with Frosty!
