Red Kettle Campaign

Back to Christmas

EVERY KETTLE HOLDS A MIRACLE

The Salvation Army Kettle Campaign is a tradition which rings in the Christmas season for The Salvation Army in Fort Wayne.  All of the funds we raise stay in Allen County to help those in need in our community throughout the year.  These funds enable us to help those who come to us for assistance with emergency rent, mortgage payments, food, utility assistance, local disaster relief, and more.  In addition, these funds support our Community Youth Center, which provides area children with a safe and nurturing place to stay after-school and during the summer.  In The Salvation Army’s 2008 fical year, we served 20,993 individuals through our various programs. None of this would be possible without the help of hundreds of volunteers giving thousands of hours each year.

Did you know your time/donation provides miracles for our neighbors?

  • Two hours of your time can help stop a family of four from going hungry for one month through our Food Pantry.

  • Four hours of your time can help keep a family in their home for another month.

How you can make a difference?
