The Salvation Army has an opening for a full time, benefited position for Donor Relations and Grant Administration.  This position manages all functions of the donor relations and annual funding strategy for The Salvation Army, Fort Wayne.  The primary focus of this role is to expand the fund raising program.  This position will work with senior leadership to develop strategies and implement programming and activities that will successfully increase philanthropic support from key constituents by focusing on maintaining necessary relationships, overseeing the solicitation and handling of all gifts (foundations, corporations, individuals, planned giving) and building a diverse donor base through relational fund raising.
