About Us

The Salvation Army of Lafayette has been serving the area since 1896.

We are located at 1110 Union st.

At this location there is the Church, Family shelter, Social services offices, Food pantry, Clothing pantry and program rooms for both the Church and public programs run by The Salvation Army.

The Salvation Army Corps is first and foremost a church, where local residents may gather in worship both on Sundays and during the week. Corps offer a variety of local programs for adults, youth and the elderly residents. Typical programs include youth night, fellowship groups, Bible study and specail programs through out the year.

The Salvation Army Corps are managed by Salvation Amry Officers and their experienced, dedicated and hard working staff of employees, professionals, case managers and volunteers.
