Food Pantry:

The Salvation Army food pantry operates on the generosity of people throughout the community, When you give food to The Salvation Army what you are really giving is hope.

The Salvation Army Jefferson County has been fighting food insercutiry since 1925. Our passion is to see children not go to bed hungry at night. We know the fastest way to anyone’s heart is through their stomach. This is why we are at the forefront of getting people fed.

The Salvation Army food pantry is currently open Wednesday from 12 – 6. You must provide proof of residency for Jefferson county. Items we accept for proof: current utility bill, current rent bill, current lease agreement with address on it. We do not accept photo ID as proof of residency.

In the new year our food pantry hours will be changing. Starting January 5th our new hours will be: Tuesday 10 – 4.
