Adults in need make up the biggest group we serve

Through programs designed to address the mind, body and soul, we meet the needs of adults of all ages.

The Salvation Army stands in the gap to help those who may need a bridge to get to the next pay check.

How we help partner with adults

Emergency Financial Assistance

This program provides for the basic needs of people by assisting with food, clothing, rent, utilities, medication, transportation, household items, and short-term lodging.  People in need of this service should call our office at 812-944-1018 and speak with a caseworker about eligibility and requirements.

Loving and Caring

This senior group meets once a month, on the 4th Monday at 12 PM.  We offer a lunch as well as community, fun, and service projects.  This program is open for everyone.
